Dr. Hooper, a board-certified internist and obesity medicine physician, serves as the Medical Director of the MultiCare Center for Weight Loss & Wellness in Washington. He is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through personalized care, overseeing four program locations that focus on sustainable weight loss and overall wellness. With a robust background in both internal medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Hooper implements effective interventions that prioritize diet, physical activity, and behavioral change. He firmly believes that a strong physician-patient relationship is essential for successful treatment, emphasizing the importance of listening to patients’ concerns and collaboratively developing tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.

To further enhance his expertise in obesity treatment, Dr. Hooper has specialized in exercise medicine, earning a master’s degree in psychology and subsequently obtaining certification as an exercise physiologist.
