Mohamed Siddique, MD, FACP is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  As the recipient of the Laureate award from American College of Physicians and a Lifetime Achievement award recipient from American College of Physicians, he is highly regarded as a physician, educator, leader, administrator, and a mentor. In addition to being a clinician and teacher he has extensive experience in healthcare reform, healthcare disparity and high value care. He was the Chairman of one of the first 32 Accountable Care Organizations(ACO) in USA. 

Dr. Siddique graduated from Stanely Medical College in India and completed his residency from Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University. Dr. Siddique has been the Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program at Sinai-Grace for 31 years.  He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Wayne State University School of Medicine (WSU).
