A native of Northern California, Dr. Kilcline’s journey began in Morro Bay, where childhood beach outings sparked her love for the Central Coast. She graduated from UC Davis with honors and continued her education at Albany Medical College, followed by rigorous training at UCSF in pediatrics and dermatology. Her commitment to research and education is evident through her clinical trials for psoriasis and eczema and her role as a volunteer clinical faculty member for the Department of Dermatology at UC Davis Medical Center, where she was recognized for her contributions to medical education and awarded Best Volunteer Clinical Faculty.

Dr. Kilcline is board-certified in both dermatology and pediatric dermatology, holding the prestigious title of Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She actively participates in multiple professional organizations, including the  Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Medical Association, the California Dermatology Society, the Central Coast Medical Association, the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, underscoring her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

When she is not providing expert care, Dr. Kilcline enjoys cheering on her children’s soccer teams, enjoying her husband’s cooking, practicing yoga, learning to paddle board, cheering for the San Francisco Giants, and exploring the beautiful Central Coast, while still searching for seashells. Since 20006, she has contributed her expertise to the Spot Me Skin Cancer Screening Program, demonstrating her dedication to community health and education.
