Dr. Goldsich, a renowned adolescent medicine physician at the Teen Health Center within the Department of Pediatrics at Panorama City Medical Center, is committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to adolescent members in the community.
Within the Teen Health Center, she leads a multidisciplinary team that provides primary and consultative medical care to adolescents aged 12 to 17. The team, comprising a pediatrician specializing in adolescent medicine, a social worker/counselor, a health educator, a nutritionist, and nurses, focuses on delivering innovative and inclusive care that addresses the complex physical, behavioral, and emotional needs of adolescent members.
Emphasizing preventive care, Dr. Goldsich encourages the development of health-promoting behaviors while discouraging health-damaging behaviors, empowering teens to make informed choices for their well-being.
Originally hailing from Kansas City, her journey to becoming a pediatrician was inspired by her experience as a caring big sister to three younger brothers and numerous cousins. After completing her pediatric residency and chief residency at the UC San Francisco program at Children’s Hospital Central California, she pursued a 3-year adolescent medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, becoming board certified in both pediatrics and adolescent medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics.
Beyond her clinical practice, she has served as the past president of the Southern California chapter of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, and actively engages in mentoring medical residents and students.
In her free time, Dr. Goldsich embraces a well-balanced lifestyle that includes participating in marathons, exploring California's natural beauty, gardening with her children, practicing yoga, and engaging in volunteer work to support high-risk youth in the community. Her love for travel and cultural experiences motivates her to explore the world with her family, fostering a sense of adventure and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
