Back in 2001, Dr. Ramos De Oleo graduated with his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic. He then relocated to the United States, completing his residency in internal medicine at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in 2011.
Furthering his education, he graduated with his Master’s degree in Public Health / Business Administration from Benedictine University in 2016. He also completed his fellowship in nephrology at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan in 2017, and his fellowship in critical care medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in 2019.
Board-certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, neuro-critical care medicine, and nephrology, Dr. Ramos De Oleo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Since June of 2022, Dr. Ramos De Oleo has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine, and is on volunteer faculty for the teaching site at Orlando Regional Medical Center
