Get to know Internist Dr. Christine Oxley, who serves patients in Tucson, Arizona.

Dr. Oxley is a driven, capable, well-rounded and compassionate internist dedicated to providing connected care within her community. She is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Medical Officer at Janus Healthcare Partnerships, LLC in Tucson, Arizona.

With years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Dr. Oxley has a broad background in many different aspects of medicine. Her experience in the hospital setting ranges from working in semi-rural hospitals to academic tertiary care centers, including direct management of critical-care patients. In the outpatient realm, she co-founded, co-owns and operates a telehealth clinic that provides primary care with a focus on transgender medicine. 

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Oxley graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010. She then went on to earn her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2014, after which she performed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson in 2017.

Board-certified in internal medicine, the doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

From August 2017 until March 2022, Dr. Oxley served as a nocturnist physician for Sound Physicians, working at three hospital sites: Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital, and Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital.
