Pertaining to his educational pursuits, he completed his General Surgery residency at Columbus Hospital, followed by a four-year General Anesthesia residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a two-year fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of South Florida, where he was honored as the inaugural “Best Fellow.” He graduated with distinction from Ross School of Medicine and earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College.
