I had a really horrible experience visiting this doctor and trying to do a follow up. I should have paid attention to the red flags when I tried to book an appointment. I had a 34 minute wait initially to talk to someone over phone to book an appointment. Once I arrived, I had to wait over 1h for my turn in a room of 10 other anxious people that were waiting for their turn. They have no concern for peoples time, or the fact that people actually work during day-time and some of us have to return to work. Once the dr saw me, he spend about 4-5 minutes with me.. charging my insurance over $100... for 5 minutes.. at least take a moment to hear the patient out, ask a few questions, act like a doctor. This will give your patient a little comfort. After my appointment they gave me a prescription to book a sleep study. This prescription contained very little information and I had no idea where I needed to call to make the appointment. I have now spend 2 days trying to call their office to ask a simple question, but after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes each and then getting disconnected I am giving up. I am going with a different doctor.
