How do you treat a foot injury?
The human foot is very complex. Injury may result from congenital abnormalities, overuse injuries, trauma and sports related issues. Best to see a doctor who can help identify the problem and the etiology. A proper diagnosis may require in addition to a full clinical exam and through history, X-rays, ultrasound or MRI. A treatment plan will be formulated from all available data. Hope this helps !
