Physical therapy, several different/types of injections, massage therapy, tens unit, and 2 lumbar fusion surgeries.
What results were you looking for and what was the outcome?
Hoping to gain back mobility, little to no pain anymore.
What therapies are interested in trying?
The only thing that gives me ANY RELIEF and able to sleep, have "more/better" mobility, ability to have a (semi) more productive life.
