“Do I need help?”
I woke up seizing and now I have a massive headache with sharp pains in and out. Now I have ringing in my right ear and tingling in my fingertips.

I would recommend you to ED today and have a CT head and potentially an MRI brain to rule out any abnormalities in the brain. That is the most prudent thing to do right now. If those are negative, then perhaps alternative diagnoses can be entertained thx.
