“Feeling very sick after bowel movement?”
This has been going on for a week. I wake up in the morning and have a bowel movement & shortly after I start to get really bad stomach pain in my lower abdomen. I also get nauseous and I feel weak and shaky. It's not my blood sugar because I check it every day and it's fine. What could be causing this?

It would be important to know what happens after the pain starts. For example, how long does the pain last and does another bowel movement occur? Your description is suspicious for a colon origin for the pain but more detail is needed.
