“How do treat a severely stuffy nose?”
I had covid back in August and began using a nasal spray for the severe congestion and I used it too long. Now I have a severely stuffy nose and nasal blockage what can I do to get relief? I am trying saline but I can barely get any up there.

Flonase/nasocort, + astelin + singular, Sudafed sparingly. Still an issue: get a CT Sudafed
Could be rhinitis medicantosa. See ENT for nasal exam to check for anatomic defects, polyps, lesions, etc. If RM, I treat with prednisone, tapering over ten days, then switch to a corticosteroid nasal spray for two more weeks. No more Afrin.
