Possible eczema?

A few months ago I discovered that my right nipple was itching profoundly, upon seeing it, it was red, inflamed, and began to weep. I spoke to my GP regarding it who had thought it was 'Runners Nipple' as I had begun running for longer distances and gave me some creams. This didn't work so was taken for multiple blood tests and a check to rule out anything cancerous.

Nothing was located as an issue so I was treated with it as being a fungal infection with a steroid cream and had tried a few different fungal infection treatments. Again, this didn't work. My right nipple never recovered and it got worse - both my nipples are now like it but I'm itching all across my body with what looks to be a combination of scabs, rashes in the form of dots, and other things that are disrupting my day to day life. My GP has seen this and tried other things such as antihistamine to see if it's an allergic reaction which made no difference.

Another appointment with a separate doctor and they believe it's ezcema and have referred me to a dermatologist which has a long waiting time. In the meantime, I was prescribed some Cetraben and Trimovate which I'm applying in the affected areas. My concern is that since applying them to my nipples, they seem more irritated, weeping more (all the way through a bandage I put on to reduce friction from my t-shirts). Should I be applying Cetraben to my nipples or could this make it worse?

Is there any advice to prevent the itching or how to treat them until I get referred?

My Doctor believes I have Eczema which has developed recently and I'm on a referral to speak to a dermatologist. I've been prescribed Cetraben and Trimovate but one area I'm concerned about is both my nipples. They're swollen, itchy, very red and looks like the skins peeled off, but weeping heavily (even through a bandage). I feel like it's getting worse having applied Cetraben too it. Do you have any advise on how I would be able to reduce the weeping/inflammation of my nipples if it is Eczema? Should I be applying Cetraben too it as well as Trimovate?
