“Upper back/neck/shoulder pain”
When I pop my neck I get a shock down my arms. I also have severe upper back pain that’s worse with movement/heavy breathing. I also have shoulder pain/popping and sometimes can’t fully life my arm. I’m not sure if it relates to my neck/back problem

You are very young and having shoulder, neck and back issues. I would suggest to get evaluation by orthopedic doctor. Rupesh Tarwala
