What drinks to avoid during breastfeeding?

I am a nursing mother. What drinks to avoid during breastfeeding?

Avoid drinks with alcohol and caffeine and lots of sugar. Chocolate, coffee, tea, and sodas with caffeine are a stimulant and can make your baby restless. If you really like hot spicy foods you might want to cut back a little because these foods and spices can make a baby more gassy, colicky, or have diarrhea. Sage and peppermint can decrease your ability to produce milk. If your baby has sensitive skin avoid drinking dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts. If foods make you gassy, likely these foods will also make your baby gassy and uncomfortable. WebMD has helpful information and is a reliable source.
