What test should be done for COVID diagnosis?

I think I have a COVID infection. What test should be done for COVID diagnosis?

COVID – 19 Testing. If you have symptoms, you should test immediately. If you use antigen test and is positive, it is reliable. The molecular test is the most accurate test. PCR test is the most common test used. The rapid test can be done also but isn’t that reliable as the PCR test. If you have symptoms go to the near UC and they will perform the test. Important to call your contacts, and tell then to be tested. Thank you.

PCR tests are the most reliable. Rapid antigen testing is not very good, although if you have compatible symptoms and the test is positive, it is probably real. The home rapid antigen tests are often falsely negative, though, which means they might tell you that you don't have when you really do. So, if you really want to know, you need to get a PCR test.
