“can i fast well taking lithium and lamotrigine ”
i take 600mg of lithium a day and 200 mg of lamotrigine and have been for the past two months. I want to take do a three day fast well taking magnesium a multi vitamin and salt. Im wondering its safe for me to fast this long well taking lithium and lamotrigine.

I guess I don’t know what a three day fast is. My concern is that it is for 3 days and not just 1. Other concerns are fluid intake? Also the purpose of a three day fast is what? I would talk to the person who prescribed the meds first and go over all the side effects and effects of fasting on these meds. I would be cautious and not recommend it.
