How Your Life Has Changed with Muscular Dystrophy

How did you learn that your child has muscular dystrophy?

The first sign I noticed was Channing had bad hypotonia, and he was very weak!! 

Since your child has been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, has your family helped you support them?

My husband, 13 year old daughter, and some of my family are here for me. His school is the most supportive. 

What advice would you give to another parent with a child that has muscular dystrophy?

Get a 2nd and 3rd diagnosis, and use every resource available. Start clinical trials and become your child's advocate and everything.
