You could have pain from nerve regeneration or something muscular. The numbness could also be from surgery or a misalignment of the joint. I would definitely contact your surgeon and make sure everything has healed properly. He may refer you to a physical therapist. Once you are cleared from the surgeon you are welcome to also contact a chiropractor who works on extremities and does physiotherapy. Best of luck!
