These are mostly thick stadium style seat cushions with the back cut out so that there is very little pressure on your coccyx when you sit. Surgery to remove the coccyx is a last resort for when everything else has failed. The surgery to remove the coccyx is safe, simple, and effective on a patient who really needs that kind of surgery.
