PS: walnuts are nutritious for the kidneys. If she can find honey fried walnut snacks from the Asian store, she might notice a difference if the root really is related to her kidneys.

There was an MD doctor that came into my office once. She actually skipped her neurologist appointment to see me. She had been suffering from headaches since she was a little girl; after her first treatment, she had been migraine-free for two weeks. This was the first time she was free of migraines ever despite everything she had tried. I do have other patients I help with migraines who are also tired of just taking prescription meds.

Acupuncture would be a good option, but definitely check to make sure it’s nothing serious causing the migraines.

She ended up being headache-free for the first time since she was a little girl. Usually within 10 visits you get a really good idea and can begin to ween off visits down to 2x/mo or 1x/mo etc. Some conditions can be lifelong after so many treatments like stroke that has not been treated immediately.
