Depends on whether you and your daughter are either fully vaccinated, unvaccinated, or partially vaccinated. I suspect that for her to be able to return in a flight from Spain, she must have tested negative for COVID 19 to be allowed on the flight. Whilst this is not absolute proof that she has not acquired a COVID infection, it’s at least reassuring. If both of you are fully vaccinated with either the Pfizer or the Moderna and she tested negative for COVID 19 recently, there may not be a need for quarantine.

Therefore I would suggest having this looked at by an experienced clinician especially if you have any medical condition that can compromise or alter your immune system.
