Are they migraines, sinus headaches cluster headaches or tension headaches. The treatment would be different depending on the type of headache. Also, do you have sleep apnea? This can also put you at risk you for headaches as well. But, if you’re asking for a natural way to approach headaches in general, One may first try diet and exercise. Make sure you exercise in 30 minutes five times a week at a minimum. Eliminate sugar, artificial sweeteners, MSG, foods with tyramine and nitrates from your diet. Lower your caffeine but expect a rebound with caffeine reduction. Reduce your stress and make sure you are having appropriate hydration and adequate quality sleep.
