<p>Lynne Carr Columbus, DO, obtained her degree in osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990, where she also completed her internship followed by her residency in anesthesiology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her medical career has seen numerous achievements including receiving the'Best of Palm Harbor Award' in the Medical Doctors Category by the US Commerce Association in 2009 and 2010; and being named 'Best Women's Practice' Finalist by the Florida Medical Business News in 2005. Dr. Columbus credits her father, a successful surgeon, for her success. Today, the doctor practices anesthesiology and pain management at Gulf Coast Pain Management in Palm Harbor, Florida; she also practices at Morton Plant Mease Health Care System in Florida.</p>
