Can my abscess go away on its own?
No, it can swell and drain but until the cause of the infection is treated it will keep coming back.
Does a wisdom tooth need to be removed?
Just because there is no discomfort doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be removed. There are other issues that can arise so you should consult a professional and have it evaluated.
Will being on a liquid diet affect my teeth in any way?
Possibly. I believe any diet that has high quantities of sugar in liquid form can be disastrous to your teeth.
