The key to health, happiness and even the length of life is conscientiousness, which is an organized responsible approach to life itself. This includes:

  • Absolutely no smoking.
  • Maintain a normal body weight — This is a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18 to 24.
  • Eat six or more servings of real food daily. This means no junk or “fast food”.
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week.
  • Sleep for 7 to 8 hours every night.

These simple and essential habits require only that you consider yourself worthy of life itself to accomplish the real purpose of life — to help others!

One major way to accomplish this goal is to practice autogenic training twice a day for 3 months. This essentially sets your automatic stress-free thermostat.
