There a many different types of depression, but, all depression can be "controlled" with therapy and medication management if needed.

Panic attacks can be helped with CBT for Panic Do and if necessary medication management.

How long does it take to treat panic attacks?

It depends on the root cause of the panic attacks. Usually medication management and CBT is very useful.

Can anxiety be controlled without medications?

Yes it can if it is situational. CBT for Anxiety works well. However, if their is a family hx and possible chemical imbalance than I would recommend a psych. eval.
