Our Circadian Rhythm controls how much and when our body produces certain hormones and neurotransmitters to perform important functions throughout a 24 hour cycle. Many different things can cause our circadian rhythms to be out of sync - emotional trauma, stress, travel, long periods with less sleep, or even the medicines or supplements we take.  The QNRT® (Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy) protocol for Circadian Rhythm provides a neurological way to restore your circadian rhythm, hormonal balance, balancing your brain/body to the medicines or supplements you take, and removing negative subconscious thought patterns associated with circadian rhythm trauma.  The benefits to removing circadian rhythm issues are huge, ranging from better sleep, less emotional volatility, more joy and satisfaction in daily life, less pain and inflammation, improved concentration, less anxiety or depression, etc.

There are many Circadian Rhythm disorders and illnesses which can develop if left untreated.  QNRT®️ provides a neurological treatment option to permanently remove Circadian Rhythm trauma and the issues it causes.

Each QNRT®️ Circadian Rhythm Reset rebalances 11 hormones and neurotransmitters with their related thought patterns.  The state of your adrenals and nervous system will also be rebalanced, along with removing the negative tissue thought pattern correlating to your stressful or traumatic experience.  The following corresponding thought patterns, when applicable, are Reset through the QNRT®️ protocol as your circadian rhythm is returned to it’s correct brain/body timeframe.

Melatonin         - racing thoughts, insomnia

Serotonin         - worrying, moodiness

Dopamine        - anxious

Insulin             - irritated, angry

Glutamate        - powerless, no solution

GABA               - grief, stuck, impossible

Testosterone     - fear of loss

Estrogen           - joy, satisfaction

Progesterone    - overly sensitive

Thyroxin           - pushing limits, get it done

Cortisol            - stress, cravings

Those who have experienced stressful viruses or illnesses, have ADHD, chronic anxiety or depression often have multiple layers of Circadian Rhythm trauma to be Reset.  If you have questions or would like to set up QNRT®️evaluation to assess your circadian rhythm, please give me a call.  I look forward to helping you improve your quality of life!
