Activella (Estrogen And Progestin Combination) is used in the treatment of conditions which occur due to deficiency of these hormones being prepared in the body naturally.

Such condition naturally occurs after menopause when female ovaries cease the production of these hormones. This combination of hormones is also effective in preventing osteoporosis in older women.

These hormones are produced in the body and maintain the normal sexual development of females and are also responsible for regulation of menstrual in them. This combination drug is a prescription drug which is available only in the form of tablet.
