Imagent is a contrast agent used to aid in creating a clear picture of some parts of the body during magnetic resonance imaging using magnets and computers. This imaging test does not involve radiation.

This drug is taken by mouth before MRI to darken bowel images, which may help the healthcare professional diagnose problems or diseases of the bowel. This drug to be used only by or under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
