Am I dying? Phantom sulfur smell?

I know this is weird. The past few weeks things have been slowly smelling more and more like sulphur. It started with my sweat, poop, then food tasted/smelled of it, such as toast, peanut butter, chicken, and also cat food smells very heavily of it. Today I discovered my period blood smells of sulphur too. Do I have some sort of brain tumour or disease? No one else can smell the sulphur. I imagine it's a nutrient deficiency or perhaps a long term covid symptom? I had covid a few months ago, and never fully got my taste/smell back, but after a few months, I noticed food I used to enjoy now tasted bad, now most foods taste of sulfur. Could I possibly have some sort of nerve damage from covid?
