“Am I pregnant?”
I have missed my cycle I’m having bad boob pains I’m starting to get heartburn and sick to my stomach. I took a test and there's a very very faint line on it.

You need to take another pregnancy test one week later. If it is positive, then you are pregnant. Right now with the faint line on the pregnancy tester, I think it is positive, but to be sure, test another one.
There is a good chance you may be pregnant. You could repeat the pregnancy test in one week, or come into a doctor's office to get two blood pregnancy hormone HCG levels two days apart.
If there is a very faint line indicating pregnancy, you are indeed pregnant. It's faint likely because it is a very early pregnancy. I recommend scheduling an appointment with an OBGYN at this time.
