I am a 27 year old female. I want to know if blue light glasses are good for night driving?

There is no universal scientific support for the use of blue light glasses. It can be helpful for some people, especially if they don't need glasses for distance or they are properly corrected with the right ones. But there are many people who try them and don't see any benefit.
A study conducted in 2019 showed that blue light blocking glasses do NOT improve vision.
