“Are white fillings strong?”
I am a 43 year old female. I want to know if white fillings are strong?

Yes, they are, the only area which they are most vulnerable is on the front edge (incisal). This area places both vertical plus horizontal forces on these fillings (restorations); on these fillings, they are not as strong in this scenario. There are ways to assist in strength and your dentist might discuss some of these matters.
