Back pain?

I had both knees replaced, one in May 2020 and the other in March 2021. Some of my issues may be related to the replacements. I have hip bursitis; however, the shot they gave me over a week ago didn’t work. I have terrible neck pain, was diagnosed with degenerative cervical disease. Still waiting to get shot in the neck. I have a swollen collar bone, back, hip, leg, and buttock pain. I have been on gabapentin for the nerve pain in my neck. I have numb fingers. I am just frustrated with all the pain. I do have osteoarthritis.

Unfortunately, your condition is far to complex to give any answers without knowing exactly what is going on in your neck, shoulders and back. A complete examination and X-rays with complementary MRIs are indicated.

Hello,

Not sure what the question is. Yes, it sounds like you have diffuse osteoarthritis. The cervical arthritis can cause neck, shoulder, arm, and upper back pain, weakness, and even some lower pain in legs with weakness. The lumbar osteoarthritis can cause lower back pain, stiffness, tenderness and leg pain(also knee), weakness, numbness. Best treatment is regular light exercise program, occasional medicines, and coinciding for any emotional issues.
Good luck. Very difficult problem, but generally, with like exercise, can improve greatly. Just proceed slowly and do not get frustrated.
My dear friend, your health situation is a little difficult, but it would be good to perform a nuclear magnetic resonance of cervical column. I think your sagittal balance is positive and you compensate with hips for that hip capulitis.
