“Beer and covid”
I had covid about 2-21/2 weeks ago. I just drank beer for the first time since recovering and vomited twice. Does, covid have anything to do with the vomiting

There is certainly a possible connection. Some COVID patients have only gastrointestinal symptoms. Many have gastrointestinal symptoms. You are likely to have been one of those.
