“Big lumps on abdomen?”
I have bigger soft lumps on my upper left abdomen almost under my rib cage that causes burning and aching pain sometimes and I have quite bad health anxiety as well as trouble with bowel movements quite often.

It appears to be a lipoma, a fat tissue deposit.
Please have those looked at by a doctor. They should just be lipomas, which are just benign fatty deposits under the skin, however, since it is causing pain, it is worth having it looked at. You are very young. If you are constipated and thin you could be feeling backed up stool potentially. I would get an abdominal exam and possibly ultrasound right away.

It's not clear if the bumps are in the skin, under the skin or within the abdominal cavity. It would be best to have a PCP examine you to try to determine where the bumps are arising from.
