“Bladder problem?”
I urinate and defecate in my pants every day and I don't realize I need a toilet until it's too late. Also every month I have 3 weeks of vomiting 5 times a day.

You need to see a Pediatric Gastroenterologist for evaluation of your symptoms .
Having incontinence of urine and feces is never normal. You need to see a doctor to start an evaluation to find out why this is happening.
