A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Get checked for glasses , Retinitis pigmentosa. There are glasses made specially for contrast sensitivity issues
Not enough information here. There are lots of possibilities. You need to set up an appointment with an ophthalmologist to understand what is going on.
It’s really amazing how in tune you are with your eye health. Ask your Mom or Dad to make an appointment with your family eye doctor.

Hello, and thank you for your question.
I think it is likely you may just need glasses to help correct your vision. Your complaints are common for people with uncorrected refractive error, or need for corrective lenses. This can’t be fixed with over-the-counter medicines, supplements, diet, or exercise as it’s just due to the size and shape of your eyes. However, there are a few other things which could be the cause of your symptoms, and I recommend you see an eye care provider to make sure it isn’t anything that needs treatment.

Hope this helps. Take care,

J. Eric Downing, MD
You need to see an eye doctor, an ophthalmogist or optometrist. From what you have described, it is probably as simple as needing glasses due to a refractive error - myopia, hyperopia and/or astigmatism.
Sounds like you need glasses. See an ophthalmologist.
Next to cancer, stroke, or heart attack, none of which you would be expected to have at your age, losing your vision would likely affect your well-being the most. Stop messing around and see an ophthalmologist.
Good luck.
