Borderline diabetic?

I was born a borderline diabetic. It never bothered me before. But lately, I have been checking my blood sugar here and there. I was wondering what is the normal range for a 47 year old female. I checked it tonight after eating a salad with turkey and no dressing and it was 130. I also have a lot of white spots that are popping out on my body.

The glucose levels are fine if staying around 130. The white spots are not related to diabetes but may be a lipid abnormality and this needs to be worked out. You should have a blood tests.
Addendum sugar 130 after meal not in diabetic range

If you are 140 or less 2 hours after eating you are in the normal range. Diet is the key to preventing diabetes. Sounds like you are doing a great job.
