Urologist Questions Urologist

Burning sensation in groin area. Not STDs or fungal infection?

I've had these symptoms for about 3 years now. The tip of my penis tickles, and the head is red but looks like a rash. My scrotum feels like shots of electricity are pinching me. Also, my inner thighs feel swollen, comes and goes.

I've talked to my urologist and says it might have nerve damage of some sort. She prescribed me Methylprenisolone and Gabapentin 600mg. I still don't know what it is but the symptoms continue.

I've gotten tested for all STDs and all have come back negative. Nothing has changed but my bank account.

I've been prescribed the following and the symptoms persist.
1. Ketoconaloze
2. Nystatin
3. Fluconazole (Diflucan)
4. Methylprenisolone
5. Gabapentin

The latest thing my urologist recommend was I may have a histamine imbalance. I'm currently ruling out food that might create these uncomfortable sensations. I removed all soy in my system as well as chocolate, nuts, eggs, and whey. I still have symptoms. Hopefully, I can figure out what I might be eating that could cause this.

My next step is to go to chiropractic, I don't know if I have a pinched nerve that might be causing all these symptoms.

If anyone knows what I have please help.

You are receiving very good care. The symptoms are consistent with neuralgia.
