“Burning sensation?”

I am a 61 year old female, I have had some serious cramping in my abdominal area for a few hours. I just went to the bathroom. I have a burning sensation in the vagina. When I urinated and wiped myself it was very sensitive and I noticed I was bleeding slightly. I had a partial hysterectomy in my early 40's. I am not sexually active and have not been for several years. Is this something to be concerned about?
