COVID vaccine side effect?

I received a Moderna COVID booster vaccine yesterday and today I have noticed a large painful bruise located 6-7 inches BELOW the injection site. Is this cause for concern? And if so, what symptoms should I be watching out for? I am a generally healthy 42 year old woman. However, I take Tranexamic Acid monthly for menorrhagia caused by a submucosal fibroid.

Local injection reaction are common but it is usually at the site of injection. Please contact your primary care provider or seek medical attention as this may not be related. Your medication is more known to cause blood clotting than spontaneous bleeding.
