I had a COVID infection 2 weeks ago. After that, I have a fast heartbeat. Can COVID infection cause a fast heartbeat?

Yes. Part of the body’s healing process includes a faster heart rate and faster metabolism. You may want to see your physician and make sure you are in a normal heart rhythm however
Definitely yes, I have seen several cases of palpitations and fast heart beats. Predominately caused by anxiety in the absence of arrhythmia all cardiac work-up turned negative symptoms subsided after few weeks some required transient treatment with beta blockers.
