“Can I be pregnant?”

My period was late for like 5 days, then I drank some cinnamon to help it to go down, then I noticed some blood when I was wiping (I think it's called spotting) and my period came the next day in the morning when I woke up. My period came the next month normally with no problems. Both periods contained clots and the usual bad smell but I've read online that it could mean that I'm pregnant. Is there a chance or pregnancy especially after spotting?
