I have high blood pressure. Can I drink coffee with high blood pressure?

Caffeine is a vasoconstricter narrowing of blood vessels which is not good if you have high blood pressure. But if you have to have coffee, try decaffeinated (which still has some caffeine), or have 1 glass,/day.
