Can I use gtn spray with anxiety, as I get very tight chest and pain and I can't breathe?

No, it is for heart problems. I would prefer that you ask your doctor about an asthma inhaler like albuterol; if you have no way to get to a doctor, a nonprescription product like Primatene Mist is more likely to help. That gtn spray is not only unlikely to help, it could give you a ferocious headache.
