I was diagnosed with a disc hernia. Can a disc hernia be fixed?

No only treated or final surgical repair.. There is no repair.
Please see a chiropractor and strengthen your core. A hernia can’t be fixed but you can learn how to keep it so that it doesn’t become inflamed.
Thank you for your question. It matters what caused it and what severity it is. This can be determined at a new patient appointment.
With conservative treatment it depends on the severity of the herniation. Spinal decompression has been effective in most cases. If that does not work or the severity does not make you a good candidate for decomp, then surgery is the only option.
