Start Acunpuncture with Moxibustion. Change Nutrition to organic, non-GMO, no gluten green Mediterranean diet. Massage with chest rub BID. Look up rehab execercises on You Tube.
Exercises can be a useful treatment for an ankle sprain. This will depend on severity and time frame. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment options
Depending on how bad the sprain is, yes. Particularly with Proprioceptive therapy, such as a BAPS board
I would not recommend exercise with a sprained ankle. I suggest you see a good sports medicine doctor or acupuncturist (who can use massage, acupuncture and herbs to treat) before beginning physical rehabilitation.
I'd prioritize resting your ankle to let it fully heal before rehabilitating with exercise. Consult with a therapist or check with your doctor before getting cleared to exercise.
I try to avoid the use of the word "fix," but exercises can definitely be the best treatment option for a sprained ankle depending on the grade of the sprain and severity of symptoms.
No, not a good idea, you should try some physiotherapy, may try acupuncture, it can fix ankle sprain.
An ankle sprain can not be "fixed" with exercise, however, it is good to maintain gentle range of motion during the healing process. Ankle sprains can take quite some time to fully heal and for the swelling to go all the way down. Ice & elevation along with gentle range of motion is important for healing.
I would get acupuncture on it and then rest it. Exercises won't help it heal but they may help prevent a sprain in the future if you build up the muscles around the ankle.
If the sprain is not so severe that you can't tolerate weight on that side, yes, sometimes exercises can help speed things up.
